MARYLAND SCUBA ASSOCIATION
Maryland Scuba Association is a not for profit corporation that is authorized to sell the scuba divers license plate. M.S.A promotes diving by having divers display the tag on their vehicles. M.S.A works with entities like the Oyster Recovery Partnership, University of Maryland, Sea Grant and other agencies that work to restore the quality of the Chesapeake Bay.
To obtain you own license plate and tee shirt you can go to the Ordering Page of this web site and click on the MARYLAND SHIRT link to order your shirt and tag application on line.The application will be mailed to you. After completing the application, you can take it to a satellite MVA, pay the one time State fee of $25 and your tag will be mailed to you. If you to go the main MVA in Glen Burnie, at the present time you have to make an appointment, pay the one time fee, they will hand you your tags.
